Isles Releases An Animation of Itself
The yet-to-break-ground Chateau Beach residential tower project in Sunny Isles Beach has just released a slick flying animation video of its future, completed, self. Architect Kobi Karp has designed yet another glassy, luxurious, and expensive oceanfront condo tower geared towards rather ostentatious foreign buyers wintering (or summering, or whatever) in Miami's Little Odessa. After all, isn't Sunny Isles Beach basically the Palm Beach of the new money Russian elite? Construction of Chateau Beach starts in January, and the animation itself, nicely done, was made by Metrostudio, LLC.
